What are the PA Pages?
The PA Pages has been set up to help disabled people who use Direct Payments recruit Personal Assistants (PAs) more easily. PA work is extremely varied, and is all about providing whatever help someone needs to live the life they want to live. You don't have to have previous experience, it can be an excellent way into PA work.
PA Pages covers the whole of West Sussex and is split into 6 areas as shown in the map on the last page. You can join however many areas you wish, based on how far you would be prepared to travel. If you live on a border between areas, it would probably make sense to join both areas.
What could the PA Pages do for me?
By joining the pages as a PA you could find work which suits you. This could be full-time, part-time or you could provide temporary cover, something for which there is a big demand. The numbers of people using the scheme are growing all the time and so more and more work is becoming available.
