Documents published by the ILA include reports from its research into existing practice and potential future developments in the provision of services for independent living.
Much of the research is conducted under the RISE project, which is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and aims to ensure mainstream, sustainable care services to disabled people so that their informal carers may pursue their own needs and interests including employment and education.
